79th Independence Day of India Celebration

On the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, the Embassy of Iceland in New Delhi honoured the nation’s spirit by wearing attire inspired by the Indian tricolour on 15th August 2025, symbolising the enduring friendship and strengthening diplomatic relations between Iceland and India.
